Default tc on trackdays

anyone take their tc to an open track day yet. im contemplating bringing it on the track just for practice before i finish building my spec miata and was wondering how it would handle. just from daily driving ive noticed that the tc has a lot of understeer.

i only have the trd springs running on 18's. i dont plan of getting the shocks or sway bars.

the only way to get rid of the understeer, is to get the TRD rear sway or the hotchiks set. the trd sways work with the stock fronts so you get neutral handling. instead of understeer. to me my TC has excessive body roll. with springs it might help some but still has too much roll.

yeah i noticed the body roll on high speed turns where there was a dip. the back end bounced and wanted to come around.

<<going to my 3rd track day on march 16th. the first time i had to learn how to use the excessive understeer to my advantage. ut it definately slows you down quite a bit. lets just say me and the black flag became good friends. but after a few tweaks here and there, i love it on the track. the torque is really helpfull, but i definately think an LSD is in need. and to answer yer question indian, god no i am not using those stock piece of crap plastic/rubber tires. i h8 those things. i use falken azenis
