well here is a pic of S-Techs

the ride is just as smooth as stock, maybe a **slight** jumpier, but not bad, and I bought them on ebay for 146.00 shipped, and had them installed for 456.96 from my homies at Auto Dynamix in Bellevue, WA. They included the alignment and followup allignment (for after the springs settle).

please dont tell me you paid almost 500 dollars for install alone ?

even with 2 alignments that RIDICILOUS

installing springs should run about 150 and lets say 60 for an alignment .. not sure why you would need a second one ... hell places like firestone offer LIFETIME alignment for less then 100 bucks

and you call these guys your homies ??? sounds to me like they didnt cut you a good deal at all

i'm planning on picking up the s techs for my xa. any issues with alignment? i don't want to have to take it to a serious shop when i can just spend 40 or 50 bones at my local tire kingdom or whatever. my worst fear is i'll need a camber kit or something ridiculous like that.

Just wanted to add that I called around my local shops and they were going to charge me $460 for the Tein spring install, but that included the price of the springs. It was enough to bump me up to purchasing the Tein Basic Coilovers, which I ordered over forever ago and haven't yet received. I guess the install is easier for coilovers b/c you don't need a spring compressor, so I'm told.

If I had $, I woulda purchased the coilovers for sure.
But since I don't, I stuck with the S-Techs.

Yes, a lil jumpier than stock.
I love the stance though.
