Default testing ABS

I installed trd struts and springs a couple years ago but i just read that it's really easy to damage the abs...something about bending the brake lines or something. So is there a test to make sure the abs is still working?

if something was wrong, you would have an ABS warning light, and your speedometer wouldn't work.

or just go out, pick up speed, and jam the brakes full force. the ABS should kick in.
