if you have the rattle, your pretty much stuck with it. the TSB's are nothing more than tiny felt peices put into your moonroof. some people on this site have even had their moonroof and hatch glass rewelded and it didnt solve the problem. if you did get it fixed, congrats, you probably only had a minor rattle to begin with but expect it to come back in the long run. tC = total crap

Northridge does have some pretty ignorant people working there. I bought my xb from them and the sales guy was awesome but the guys in the service department are jerks. They are so pushy. They pushed me so hard for a 5k mile service, when I was in for an oil change, it was rediculous. Saying that if I don't spend $65 bucks for this service it would void my warrenty. I will never go back to them after that. Even though I still have a free oil change left.

Go to Simi Valley Toyota/Scion. They are great there. I have had nothing but great things from there service department. Infact my inlaws have a Sequoia and they didn't tighten the gas cap hard enough and the Trk lights etc came on in there dash. Northridge wanted $100 bucks to clear the code and gave us attitude. Simi Valley took us right in, cleared the code, told us why it happens and didn't charge us. What great service. The only reason I didn't buy my car from them was because they didn't have the color I wanted in stock.

Does that rear bar help with over all rigidity for the hatch rattle?

I know this is a little off subject but i know that Longo toyota is the regional sponsor but what does that actually mean for me?? what good does that do me? Ive modified my car (intake, headers, exhaust, flywheel and pulley) and its making a nasty niose when i come to a roll stop in 2nd gear. Its sort of sounds like the cluthc but im not sure. i dont want to get hasseled about it being the flywheel cuz the noise was there before i put it in. Any suggestions??
