Default Vogtland Springs?

Anyone have any experience w/ them? Been doing a lot of reading of springs and what not (not just on Scions) and saw a lot of positive feedback on Vogtland.

This car also ran them http://www.tmracewear.com/news_20091006.php
and seemed to do really well.

Been debating Vogtland, TRD, H&R sport, or Eibach Pro.

setup now includes koni yellows and hotchkis sways. i want a decent (but stiff) ride and good handling. how would you recommend setting up the konis? now i have them about 2/3 stiff out back (sway full stiff) and 1/3 stiff up front (sway soft)

I'm currently running H-techs so I don't even wanna hear about any of that crap. After 4 years they are sagging like a ****. They suck @$$ as far as handling is concerned.

I don't know about the specifically for the tC, but I know they're huge in Germany and from what I've heard are pretty high quality. No idea about the spring rates though.

I think Dan Gardner runs a set of them with his Moton shocks.

yea thats what i was thinking. i would like to get the konis dampened close enough so i dont have to take the rears off and do it again. any idea how i should set em? id rather be a little stiff for handling purposes then too soft. :/

Personally, I'd go as stiff as possibly all the way around. But that's the autox setup in me talking.

well thats what im thinking. i can adjust the front from under the hood in 5 minutes. the rears however have to be completely removed and disassembled. i may run the rear almost full stiff. and adjust the front as neccessary.

however, i dont want it to be jumpy on the road, its very finicky now but i think its due to the craptasticness of the springs

My dad put these springs on his car. They're decent springs. I would get them if you're looking around for that drop rate.

Yup, we run 'em. They're quite good. One of the few spring companies out there that you can trust.

i actually just installed these yesterday. much better. the drop is a lot lower than i thought it was gonna be, i think my koni struts are playing a part in that as well. if the snow melts and it warms up ill be installing the adjustable endlinks tomorrow

Are you running the off the shelf ones, or do you have custom spring rates?

For a road race car, the rate required is much, much more. =)
