Default What is this?

Can someone tell me what part this is? I can turn it back and forth and the other side I can't so it must be bad and need to replace it.

You talking about the endlink at the top of the picture? Connects to the sway bar?

There are like 10 parts in that picture. Be more specific.

I'm talking about what the control arm is connected to. I believe it's a bushing. I can move the control arm back and forth.

That is your tie rod end, it is adjustable to set toe of a vehicle. If it's loose then tighten the nut that sits past the threads. Just because something can move does not mean it needs to be replaced. The ball joint that is connected does not appear to be torn in any way, and that would be the only need to replace minus the end being bent. (which it doesn't appear to be)

You can also check your tire wear.

It's a ball joint so it should rotate. If you can move it in any other direction then you have issues but you would also have a nasty vibration at speed.
