its the "whistle" sound that the intake makes on the car. you should hear it through out the gears.

How many cars have you tuned? Intakes are good at letting you hear all those strange sounds your car makes that you never heard. I have heard squeaks tapps and rumbles and graons from the cars I'v modified

Sounds like my SPEEDOMETER! Sometimes in the range of 70 - 80+ MPH my speedometer starts to squeel real loud. Loud enough to be heard even when the radio is at volume level 40. Once I drop below 70 MPH it goes away. Very annoying. Can't take it to the dealer because it doesn't always happen and I would have no way to prove it if i take it and it doesnt make any noise.

your gauge cluster make noises?? that high pitched noise at 80+ mph is usually caused by the sunroof, but yours is coming from the gauge cluster???

for waterifpoison, it might just be the intake
