an average price for a good coilover set up.. = 900 plus minus..
if tuned properly, it will handle a lot better than the strut, spring, and sway combo...
if too bouncy or soft, adjust dampening and spring compression..
if too low or high, adjust the height on the lower strut arm..

so paying another $199.34 will get you all those options.. it's basically up to you if you think it's worth it or not... =D
