Default 18" Black Mesh Wheels

Hello all,

I'm lookin for wheels exactly like the Tenzo Type M, in all black,

But I really don't wanna spend the $250 per, looking for something very similar but cheaper. I found a bunch, but they got that red pinstripe, and I'm not sure if they sold me on that yet or not, I don't have anything else red on my car except my taillights....

Anyone know of any? Thanks.

Red pinstripe on the lip looks good on a white car.
I'd do that or silver/chrome lip.
Raderwerks has some pretty good that are that style.
899$ for a set.

I was hoping around $1,000 with tires mounted and balanced.

I also wish i could really see what the red pinstripe would like on my car, tirerack has one but they have silver centercaps which totally throws off everything.....

if a 1000 is your budget, I say just keep the stock wheels and paint them black, your getting what you pay for when it comes to wheels, I have some wheels slightly over your budget, save up and buy some quality wheels and stay away from konig, rota, and other cheap brands.

Let's see... so you're looking for $125 rims... $100 tires... and $100 shipping.

That's a VERY optimistic budget. Your best bet is to look around for private sellers. A retailer might as well pay you to take the wheels for that price.

Tenzo R is not a bad brand. They are a good company and make some nice looking rims. I woudnt think twice about buying some DC5 (I think it is ). Those type Ms are gorgeous.

Honestly yea you shouldnt cheap out on wheels but then again if you just use your tC to get from A to B and your not auto-x and just trying to make your care look a lil better i say you dont have to spend alot on wheels. I mean the tC is a sub 18k car. I am by no means saying buy crappy cheap wheels. But at least buy some konig, rota, kyowa or drag wheels. They are not near the top but they should hold up for just driving. I dont have expensive wheels. i have no need for expensive wheels. i mean i may step up to enjei rpf1's which are a inexpensive high quality wheel. I like the way my wheels look and they look and they arent cheap to the point where they will hold up. Plus if you buy a cheaper wheel its easier top replace. Just do what you want. Oh and Tenzo is not a bad wheel co. They are average and will hold up and my buddy really likes his type-m's. Plus if you hit a curb at a high speed and bend your wheel i am pretty sure i would want it to bend. I wouldnt want to drive around and think my wheel is fine and realize it has a fracture internally and then it crap out on my later on the highway.
