So yea, I just went out with a measuring tape to measure the wheel. I'm a little off on the specs. They are 18x10.5/11. The measuring tape actually went to 11.5 (end to end) but I'm going to say more like 11 seeing as how they are suppose to be 18 but the measurement from top of lip to bottom actually measured 18.5.

Sorry Paul, I know I said I would divulge the cost. But after thinking about it more I may let that be a mystery. The cost just might anger some people.

Here is a promise I will make though. Should I meet you in person one day, which I would like to, I will definitely let you know.

Kinda crappy pics since the garage doesn't have a light in it (need to buy a bulb). But I mounted a wheel on the rear to see if the 3.75 inch fender flares will do the trick. I think they will. Here is a mock-up.

Also going to have to get my PTuning Wheel studs installed as the stock studs only have about a 1/2 inch of thread you can thread a stud onto them.

The calculator

http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator

Says my wheels will stick out 82mm from stock. That's 3.22 inches. Being that I'm running 265 or 275 wide tires, I'm going to be cutting it to close for comfort with the 3.25 inch flares. I'll be doing the 3.75 inch flares officially.

This is my Track car, not into the Hellaflush to-small-of-a-tire for your rim scene. My tire specs are 265/35/18 and/or 275/35/18's.

PS....I know it's the norm (outside of the forced induction section) that when someone mentions a tC on 10+ inch wheels that they are running some super camber and 215 tires. However, you will not find that in this thread or with me. No offense to people who enjoy that stuff, but if I was Chris Rado and I sold my HRE's off of the Time Attack tC to a guy in hopes that he will continue on with the purpose I was running them for, only to find out he put some to small of a tire and ran negative camber that negates all handling of the vehicle. I probably would ask for my wheels back refund his money and say he was unfit to purchase them.

Weight....about 23-24lbs. Scale is a little old so might be off slightly (one of those rotary dials that you have to constantly adjust).

I picked up some scrubs when I was down at Formula D for test fitting. Saved me from buying tires just for testing. I brought back a 265/35/18, 265/40/18 and a 275/35/18.

275/35/18 are going to be the size I go with. Here they are mounted. Will be going with 3.75 flares for room to grow if I decide to go with a 285 tire some time in the future.

If it looks lop sided is because there is no air in the tires just fyi..

Test fitted the 275s on the front. Plenty of space left for maybe 295s even 305 tires in the future.

Should have seen the looks on peoples faces when I told them what the 275s were going on.

When I went to Discount Tires to have the tires mounted on the HRE's the guys were like....some sick wheels. And then ask what it was going on. A Scion.....the puzzled look just took over....lol.

they look at me strange when i buy "race tires" and tell them it is for a scion or when we go up there for a customer and get the to mount a tire on a 4in wide wheel and tell them it is going on a daily driven vehicle.

Guess when you deal with 99% consumer cars (soccer mom drivers), anything outside of that raises an eyebrow.

No not yet. I just got back from FL so, focus is back on the tC now. Primarily the engine. It's all apart, just waiting to be boxed and shipped.
