Default 19x8.5 +35 on 2" drop

Alright I am looking at a set of wheels for the tC they're 19x8.5 +35. My drop is right around 2" front and rear, will I see a fair amount of rubbing or should I be alright? I am also gonna run 5mm spacers in the rear as well so basically be +30 in the rear. Tires will more than likely be 225-35-19 Falken FK451's.

Depends on the aspect ratio of your tires. You will rub a little if your ratio were at 35 and rub moderate at 40.

Actually, you will need to roll your rear fender with those spacer in the back with 30 offset. The front fenders may need modifications as well.

I think my plans have changed some, I have to replace on of my current wheels as it was messed up. So i'm gonna get a replacement and get them refinished.

Thanks though for the help.

Thanks for the thread. Your concern is similar to mine. I'm considering 18 x 9.5 (XXR 502) with a 35 offset. It appears I will probably not have any rub issues with a 225 or even a 235 tire, preferably the former. Thanks again.
