Can this be done w/o rubbing or is it too much rubber?

If so, what are you dropped on?

coilovers or springs? they might fit but having bigger overall diameter will give you false reading on your odo and speedometer

Rubbing...going to roll the fenders to try to make it work...

Rolling fender fixed it for me...

I've done 245/40R18's on progress springs. It depends on the width and offset of the wheels you're running.

Here's a calculator, put in your origional tire and then your new tire size and it will give you a bunch of helpful info: Tire Calculator

I am curious that if 225/45/18 can't fit with TRD lower spring w/o rubbing, how about 215/45/18?

That would be a better size then the 225.45.18 but it still might be a hair tall

Josh, those are the same. Lol. Or are you just saying that you're going to stay with the same tire size?
