Black rims?

I just finished the clear coat on my rims i painted black today and was wondering how long untill the wheels are safe to be driven on?

i thot they had something in the DIY forum.....and i THINK he said wait 2 hours and it'll fully cure by a week so dont get it wet or anything b4 then...but not positive
