Default Can anyone identify these rims?

Is anyone able to identify the orange fin rims on the Scion in this older TC commercial? I love them and would love to pick up some:

the rims, as well as the car, were completely CG.

those rims don't exist in real life.

Haha, I remembered seeing it before too. Rims - yeah, cg. I believe the car was made after the commercial, for the show circuit.

Thats a bummer. I just love those rims-that-dont-exist. Wish I could find something that gives a similar effect.

^^^ yep... I remember seeing that one back when that commercial came out.
I guess it would be kinda interesting to see something like that actually fab'd in real life. But as a long time custom fab/builder myself, anytime you want or need to make a one off part, it's worth it but ususally pretty costly to do so especially if you dont have the tools/materials/ability to do it yourself.
Over the years of building custom rides for people, I've accumulated a lot of specialty tools... but even I don't have a flow-jet or a cnc machine to create my own one-off wheels from blank blocks of aluminium, which is probably what you'd need to create those puppies.

the car pictured above was indeed made after the commercial was made...

and a very poor excuse for a replica.. minus the color, graphics and the fins they added.. nothing else (the body kit, wheels, etc..) were impressive or accurate to the CG'd vehicle.

The rims look like 18 or 19 inch Cragars, if you could find some that big: http://www.cragar.com/ProductSearch.aspx?c=15

He wasn't asking about the wheels on the real car in the picture, he was asking about the wheels on the CG car in the video in the first post, the old tC commercial.

Im also curious about the shark fins; probably also custom made, and not available on the market.
