yeah i know ama try by best to make them pay but i have to wait till the manager gets there if not then ama sew or how ever you spell that cause it has no signs of not responsible for damage or anything it jus says fold in mirrors but yeah i dont want to keep the rims like that i cant go show it off anymore with big scratches like that

hey someone jus told me that dealerships have guys that fixed scratched rims and that you cant even tell that they where ever scratched do you think its really expensive to fix this probelm

I wouldn't care if there were signs on every wall, that doesn't give them the right to mess up your car. It's like having them put up a sign saying "We reserve the right to crash your car into the wall", and so they do...they are still responsible legally - a sign doesn't give them the permission to do it much less without a signature indicating that you agree

your right man ^^^ if they dont fix them ama sew and make the biggest deal out of it they are gonna regret it not fixin them but i guess ill jus have to wait to talk to the manager

That's still bunk, and those are expensive rims.
I feel your pain. I'm in the proccess of getting my rims replaced because Just Tires scratched the heck out of them while re-balancing them.
Go meet with the manager, he probably will try to claim they won't do anything. Send a letter to their corporate offices, with pics, explaining what happened. Do not send an angry letter. Just what happened, how expensive your rims are, and how you don't feel it should have happened. Spell check the whole thing so it looks professional. Request a reply within 7-10 buisness days.
You can also call the phone number in my sig and ask them what to do. Scion's customer service can be very helpful.
Absolute worst case, you can go get some estimates from rim repair places, then send copies to the corporate office of the carwash, and ask them to reimburse you.

Honestly though as soon as you leave and don't tell them, they will deny it happening there. You have no proof it actually came from them, even if you sue. You can try going there and complain but will not make any difference. Write a letter to the owner/corprate office and explain what happened. Be sure you tell them you will be telling everyone you know not to go this car wash because of what happened. The most likely thing they will do is give you some free car washes. Things like this make me glad I don't go to these car washes. If anything use a "touch free" car wash. Find a Rim and lessoned learned.
