Default CUSTOM RIMS ON *** PICS PAGE 9,10 ***

well as some of you may or may not know i've been waiting since february for my wheels to come in.

They're fully custom auto art wheels from Hd-inc and they're on their way from japan right now. (going through customs)

a little about them. they're a full custom 3 piece forged wheel. the 19's i'm getting weigh less than 25 lbs a piece

Then they go to LA to get mounted and balanced and then they come here.

I'm way excited and i couldn't be happier.

pics of rims

tires

i could not be more excited lol.

yep 1 off specifically for my car. had to pull off the wheels and take like 8 measurements in each wheel well.

its a tire from holland that is impossible to find in the states they're called vredestein. if you're a serious road biker you've probably heard of their tires. But i'm having those imported too.

http://www.vredestein.com/Banden_Ban...ionID=28865778

is the link to their site

i'll be running a 19x8.5" front and a 19x10" rear.

and yes they'll fit, thats the beauty of custom wheels.

They look ok....I guess.

Just kidding Ben, can't wait to see these rims on your car. I remember when you told me about them when you were getting ready to place the order and I was blown away. Hopefully they don't stay in customs for too long.

So I'm at home... talking on aim. Checking a few things. I randomly get this im saying...
504 BOYZ: you see nebsters post on his wheels?
Tinkle: no
Tinkle: linky
504 BOYZ: https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...540&highlight=
504 BOYZ: he thinks 19x10" will fit the rears of our cars with no modification, only trimming the plastic fender liner
Tinkle: my ___
Tinkle: depends how flush i guess
Tinkle: if it's perfectly flush
Tinkle: NO way in hell
Tinkle: he better be stretching a 150/-10/19 tire.
Tinkle: and better not hope to drive on it
504 BOYZ: my ____s flush too, if he has hella low offset he is screwed without running spaces, but still, i twill be sticking way out the fender line
504 BOYZ: he isnt stretching
I don't think it's gonna be like that. I think you'll need stretch, tuck, roll, flare and removal of plastic.

because he can? I say if people want to spend money like that, let them! Many people have spent 4k+ on forced induction... To each their own!

well first off i didn't spend that much but 2nd off whats the price of individuality. i doubt you'll see another set of these at a car show and tahts something i want. EVERYONE has the same set of wheels and i wanted something totally different. so thats why i went with these.
