Default enkei evo 6

Im thinking about getting a set of the Enkei Evo 6 in the 17x7.0 with the 42mm offset... what size tire would go on this wheel??

215 45 17 should be good enough. i have 225 on my 17x7 evo5s and it looks like my wheels have love handles. handling would probably be better w/ 215s.

I have 215 on 17x8. It doesnt even look stretched.

I agree, and that's the recommended width for 7" rims when using tires with an aspect ration of less than 50 series. Lots of people here run 225/45, but from a technical perspective, that size is intended for a 7.5" or wider wheel.

Im jsut afraid that the 42 offset will look too tucked IMO. But I want light weight and performance. I have Axis Sevenmods 19X8s and they look good and all just way too heavy...
