Default Five Axis wants to know, whats your favorite tC rims?

Yep..its another wheel thread, however, this isn't for me. Many of you great scion heads out there know the infamous company Five Axis, well they're at it again, and they need your help! Post up your favorite wheel designs, or your dream wheel on the tC, and what you like about them. If there are no wheels you really like, then post up ideas from what you haven't seen in the market and what you would like to see. It would be great if you could include a couple things:

Preferred:
Offset:
Size:
Finish:
Lip/No Lip:

And if anything, post up pictures of your ride, or even rides that you admire, ultimately all your input will be worth it in the end. Thanks guys!

*Edit*

I forgot to put in Multi-Spoke for the Poll, so if you like Multi-Spoke wheels too, post it uP!

I like the wheels on the custom xA. I saw it on a mag and Troy was on the pic. The xA is red and is a covertible, I think.

Well, that wheels but 7 spokes.

Offset: 35 - 42
Size: 18" or 19"
Finish: Hyper black
Weight: less than 20 lbs.

My favorite type of wheels have always been Mesh style. BBS LM, Volk GT-U, HRE 540R.. etc. I also like my offset to stick out a bit.. so:

offset: 30-42
size: 18 or 19
finish: black, silver, gold
weight: omg.. please less then 20lbs for 19" (hoping)

5/6/7 spoke and mesh wheels are all good depending on the design.

5 spoke is classic and clean, but most 5 spokes are thin/tuner/race style. I'd like to see more fatter 5 spokes like the OEM VW/Audi examples below....

First Gen Audi TT

Current Audi A8 (AMG Benz E Class wheels in the background)

for shiz and giggles

Im really into the Axis OG/ Work Equip 4lug design, but they arent availible in a 5 lug.

If someone were to make them in a 17x8 with an offset around +30 to +37 i would pick them up in a second.

I also like five spoke wheels, but thin spokes, not fat spokes.

Same size as above, no lip becuase i really dont like wheel lips anymore.

What's my favorite tC rims? The ones that match with my Five Axis lip kit

Offset: +42 to +45
Size: 18x9 (enough for 245/35/18 )
Finish: Satin/Brushed & Clear powder coated
Lip/No Lip: Fat Lip
Weight: Light as possible with those dimensions

personal preferences for me which compiles into my dream wheel for the tc. my preferences lean towards more of a race look.

low offset - 30-35 range
wider width at least 7.5" wide
diameters of 17", 18" will be the largest i'll put on the car becuase it will mean big brake kits will not work with a low offset wheel.
finishes of only a single color of either black, anthracite, gold, bronze, gunmetal, with no polished or silver parts (includes the lugnuts and centercaps as well)
lettering and stickers are optional but only if it doesnt clash with the wheels' design.
spoke design traditionally 5,6,7 spoke in either thick or really thin spokes.
lips are welcome but understandably with the offset and width the tc can fit, you are not going to find deep dish style lips on these certain types of wheels.
if there is a lip, prefer it NOT to be polished but instead same colored as the spokes.
forged wheels are the best way to go. nothing cast or bolted in peices.
and as lightweight as possible.

that is my dream wheel.

to compare,

my current wheels are Wedsports TC-005
5 spoke veering off into a mesh design
17x8
+32 offset
anthracite finish
forged
15.4lbs each

Why the question?

Anyways... my picks...
Something that looks like the 19" optional wheels on G35s

Except in 18 or 17"

or a 6 spoke wheel like Advan RGII

I like a simple overall design but I want the spokes to be curvy.

I also like the 5Zigen FN01RC but I hardly think that necessitates a picture.

that is a very good looking wheel, hence why i just picked up a set of 17x8 +35.

However, to 5axis, if you do plan on starting a wheel line, all i have to say is dont become the next rota or j2 in which they just copy styles, design your own rims, and since i have high hopes from anything that comes from you, im assuming you will be using some sort of forging process?

I can't say too much, just trying to get feedback on what people like and dislike for now, but i see where you're coming from Ali, theres enough copy cat wheel companies out there, don't want to add to that list! lol

I like 6-7 spoke designs and mesh.

however there are so many mesh wheels on the market its ridiculous, and all over them look exactly the same.

5 spoke wheels remind me too much of pentagrams
I dont think a company can release a mesh wheel nowadays and not look like the 100s of other mesh designs out there. However I think the konig crosshairs is sick.... they took the mesh look and reinvented a new style.

I must be the only one that likes 3 spoke rims too... advan super gen II and I think its called racing heart sp2?

those 3 spoke rims are super hot.. the especially the rh ones with the polished lips.

Must be coming from a guy who owns/owned a set. I still have lip envy! Someday, someday.

It all depends on the actual rim, I like some mesh but not all, same with 5 spoke, and 6or7, ETC.........
