Default got some fatties the other day!

got some falken azenis rt-615, 235/40/17. they look sweet. and before anyone says there too big, they dont rub at all, AND they were designed for a 7" rim. ill get some pics up soon. they were hard to find, cause there not on the falken website (me and the tire shop looked first cause that how they look up tires there) but they were in a catalog from falken he had. SO THEY DO EXIST LOL!!! but il get the pics up soon, there so sweet! i had the azenis RT-215 (;last years model) and i loved them so i decided to drop $135 per tire on there puppies.

Congrats on getting them early. Most of the places I have looked have them listed as coming in Q2. Those are the exact tires Im looking to get for my 17x8 RPF1s when they get here.

Yes they'll fit, but may not perform as well as a less wide tire on the minimum specified width wheel. General rule for tires with aspect ratios under 50 series, is that your rim width should be 85% of your tire's section width. Following that rule, the 235 tires are too wide to be optimal for your 7" wide rims. Oh well, as long as you're happy.
