Default Help choosing rim size/tire type

I decided to get the Konig Unknown rims but I'm not sure if I should go for the 17" or the 18"s. I plan on getting a bodykit as well but not lowering my tC. So I'm wondering if anyone has any preference for either or and what you think would look best.

Also, I want to get new tires cuz the potenza's blow. I figure I'll just use em in the winter for now and keep them on the stock wheels and swap when the seasons change. But for the new rims what tires would fit the unknowns. I want something with much better traction but also something that isn't going to wear out after 10k miles. I don't need tires rated for over 200hp or anything.

If your not going with a drop, then def go with some 19's. You need a bigger wheel to fill out that wheel well.

If your just goin for show and no go...the unknowns are nice...but you might want to consider gold...or something like that. But if your lookin for show AND some go...u best get like some nice OZ...light...look great...W/e I get my rims n such...im prob goin with 16 or 17s(at most...) so i have enough air in the tire to take some potholes....but thats me...i go for the GO part...some show

IMO I think the 17's would be way to small especially with a body kit. I would go with 19's
19x8 or 19x8.5 I think look best with kits.

well the rims i'm getting for aesthetics. the tires i'm getting for performance. I need better traction. Now if I went with the bigger rims, that would actually raise the car up a little wouldn't it? cuz of the extra diameter? or do the tires that fit it compensate for that?
I don't quite want to go all the way to 19's though... Lots of bigass potholes in my neighborhood. They tend to jump out of nowhere at ya.

i am running 18" with a stock suspension setup and there is not fitment issues. You can run 18's without doing anything to make the fit.
They also look nice while leaving some tire to hit the potholes and not blow.
