Well it'll cost me around $2000 to get chrome's and $1800 for a set of 4 17"x7" burning black ones.

That's insane when I can get a full set of the speedmesh's for $800 :-\

I love the Work's, but they are a LOT!

just do it, be different, who cares if ppl say it's a no no for the tc, if everyone was required to have the same parts, all our cars would look the same,

go ahead flame on if you must

i thought u knew how expensive works are. 2000 for 17's is about normal for a custom wheel.

I know now lol...

We'll see, I'm gonna finish up my system first and then see what I can work with afterward... College makes money tight, but I might land an internship this summer worth 5-10 grand.

work has other styles of rims too that aren't expensive. you might want to look into those... as those you posted might not even have a fitment for our car... just a thought

That didn't make sense comparing a great 3-piece, excelent build quality and materials, to these other rims. Completely different ends of the spectrum.

I'm also a big fan of these guys in the mesh department, if anyone cares for them:

Not sure which I'd like to go with, the Work's are verrrrry nice but come at a decently high price, which limits me in other areas... It's a tossup.

mesh ftw!!!!!!!!!!!

plus the fitment of our car wont look like that, im sure thats a different bolt pattern with a crazy low offset. probly like 25 or even 20 and thats way to low for your everyday tC, its even too low for a tC with rolled fenders.

Simple 5 with a big lip is always sharp. TsW Thruxtons are a sharp wheel you might want to consider:
