Where have you been?
im not saying its "bad quality" i strictly said "i dont like any axis design" which i dont. and the fact that i can find better designs with better prices and wheel weights from alot of other companies makes me not even go there with axis. they might look nice on some cars but i would prefer a 5zigen,volk, work, oz,sparco, enkei, or even a rota wheel over an axis. most of their sizes are in 18" which for someone like me 18+ i wouldnt even waste my time with on the tC unless it was super light in which case maybe i would consider.
and ive been here watching 80% of the tc owners putting rims on a car that look bad or will decrease their performance. were have you been?

I think that is one reason why I like the OZ wheel, this is 19" and weighs a few pounds less......I have had some issues with spongy braking, so that is one reason I was intrested in them....
I just ordered a powerslot big brake conversion kit to hopefully help with some of that.........

OZ is the shiz. I would say OZ is the 2nd best wheel manufacturer in Europe (behind BBS). OZ has made wheels for F1, Ferrari, and Lamborghini (figures since OZ is Italian).
I have a long suspicion that OZ and Enkei are under the same ownership.
The Superleggera looks too thin in 19", plus there's no lip.
You can always get the 3 piece.

BBS is one of my all time fav. bbs LM if i had deep pockets.
either way im going to get either 5zigen fno1rs in brone or Raze r-74 in silver on my SW.
or like the turbonetics tc and sport some grids lol.. leaning more towads the zigens or raze.
switch to OZ man. but try to atleast go 18"..19"s if your a baller and dont care about keeping the performance unless your boosting then you wont feel the lag.

I think so too.........alot of OZ wheels seem to have some of the characteristics of enkei rims......
i dont really care about the lip of a rim honestly, it looks good on some wheels, and some wheels it looks horrible, i dont like how some wheels they make the spoke so curved just to get that lip, it looks too rounded.....i like the SP's your running becuase the face is virually flat, but still has a decent lip, and in that case it looks good......
I would consider the 3 peice, but not on a Tc......the rim would not be able to be wide enough to accent the design the 3 peice would look hot on the g35 im getting in few monthes, beucase i can run a 10 inch in the rear, and 9 in the front.....

And if your trading it in or getting rid of the tC why are you buying new wheels, doesnt make any sense to me at all. Who cares what it looks like if your getting rid of it.

Seriously, I'm really curious about this, as I feel the G35 is a MUCH better car...and it should be, considering the price difference.

reasons..........why, honestly I get really bored with things real fast, be it rims or whatnot, I will continue to put money into my Tc here and there until I decide what route I want to go with the g35. If I loose a few thousand then that is what it costs to do business.......
A g35 to me is a car I have always wanted, and some of you may disagree that its a good car.
its not that I dont like the Tc, or that I think a g35 is better then a Tc, they are not comparable. Both are great cars, and I may keep the Tc even if I get the g35.
In fact I honestly did not like the Tc when it came out, until I started poking around on this site and saw what possibilites there were with them. I was bored one day and was at a toyota dealer and happened to test drive one and I discovered it was a great car, so I bought one. I was actually intending to buy a G35 at the end of that month, but ended using my 15,000.00 down payment for the g35 to to buy my Tc, I dont regret it but I still want my g35.
To me modding cars is not just a hobby, its something for me to do, Its a lifestyle and if i loose money, or i spend money that I wont get back I honestly dont care, because I had fun doing it in the process. Some people go on vacation, I like to spend money on cars.
Im not stupid, I know that cars are not an investment, and I would never expect to get anything i put into a car back out......

Kilo6_one best of luck to you in choosing some new wheels and getting your G35 if you do end up getting one. Indeed we all lose money modding cars but yes it is fun as hell to do. I was just basically saying like if you planned on selling it next month to ME its not worth putting new rims on which im sure the ones you have on there now look just fine.
