I would say yes...From their site:

OUR TECHNOLOGY

The forging process used by iForged USA to produce two piece and three wheels results in the highest quality wheel for trucks and automobiles. This process is the result of forging and machining know how developed over 35 years of experience producing forged parts for aerospace and commercial applications.

35 years of forging know-how is used to produce the grain direction that provides optimum strength for each specific wheel configuration. This results in the best combination of high strength and light weight for each customer application. These applications include road racing, track racing, off road desert racing, cross-country cruising, or just relaxing on city streets, local highways or autobahns. The common threads in all of these driving modes are vehicles that provide our customers with superior performance. iForged supports these applications with forged wheels that enhance vehicle performance. And of course all iForged wheels have "show winning looks and race winning performance."

The forging process, using high pressure and temperature, changes the non-directional grain structure of cast aluminum starting material to the high integrity multi-directional grain structure of forgings. The aluminum remains solid throughout the process as the forging dies come together and change the shape of the round bar to the cylindrical shape of the wheel. This forging preform is then placed in a custom built spin forging machine to forge the rim section.

The resulting radial grain direction places the highest material strength in the same direction as the operating loads. The bottom line is premium strength. Then computer controlled lathes and milling machines are used to achieve the final configuration. iForged Wheels have the additional benefit of adding a polished mirror finish. This can be achieved because of the high integrity of the metallic structure produced by the forging process.

Once the center and rim outers are completed, the final wheel is assembled at iForged USA's facility in Southern California. True to iForged's commitment to quality, the rim outers and center are a precision fit, both pieces fit perfectly before being bolted together. All wheels are then checked for runout and concentricity before being shipped out.

You do know what those things weigh, right? A LOT. They're for high HP sports cars, who don't concern themselves about wheel weight-- they want brutally strong.

Super high bling factor, though.
