Default I'm in a pickle.

So I have new rims and tires, just sitting in the garage. I have Hubcentric rings on order but they won't be here for like another week or so due to they were out of stock and had to get ordered.
Well I blew a tire out on my Stock wheels last week, and have avoided driving, well now I have to start driving the long distance to work and I have my spare on and since it's only rated for like 80 miles and not high rates of speed I wan't to not use it.
Would it hurt to put the new rims on without the rings?

essentially you can... but you shouldn't if you end up puttin the rim on a bit off center you'll get some vibrations.. the lugnuts may be able to hold it center but not likely.. id wait. u couldn't get the hub rings anywhere else?

No. I checked everywhere online. Like a google search and went to every site I could find. Unless I find them somewhere else and can get them sooner, I'll cancel the other order.

ummmm, I'd be more worried about where I was going out for my 21st if I were you, lol, if you put the wheel as close to center as you can get it, you'll get a little vibration, but you should be ok until you get the rings you'd be surprised how many people ride around w/out them, go to justforwheels.com, lol, their advertisement is was on the bottom of the page on this forum

You can drive without the rings. I never had hubcentrics in a set of TSW I had on my old Mitsu, and they were on the car for like 7 years.

I don't have any rings on mine, and I took my car on a road course last weekend! if you take your time putting them on, it won't be an issue later. With that said, I'm still going to get a set to make things easier when installing the wheels.

Yea, they might have to go on a day or two early. Then I'll just take them back off and put the rings on them when they come in.
