Loose flat in rims/tires- advice appreciated
I got falken koblenz 19' with toyo px4 tires last summer. Ive had the rims on and off the car because i only use them in the summer so i dont ruin them in the winter. I ordered them from edge racing and when i first got them the beading was messed up on 1 tire so I got it replaced and sure enough a month or two later it happened again on the same rim. I got it looked at by my tire people and they cant find a single thing wrong with it so I put them back on this summer and all was good for 2 weeks then once again the tire gauge light came on and the PSI was low. My main question is if this happened to anyone else with this rim/tire combo OR if theres anything else i can do or look at before i order a new rim and tire. This hasnt happened with any of the other rims either, only the 1 but like I said they cant find a single thing wrong with it. WTF!

I had the same problem with one of my stock rims and it ended up being a plug job that had been done on the tire. After they patched the tire i've had no problems. Has the tire been pluged or patched?

The tire has already been replaced once last year, and i had a new one sent to me then the same thing happened again so no it hasnt been patched or anything, im just stunned that they cant find anything wrong with it. I guess either i just have a weird case of bad luck/coincidence or there is a problem with the fit of the tire on the rim? i honestly have no idea. I guess ill just stick it out for the rest of the summer and see if it gets worse, sometimes it holds the pressure for 2 weeks and sometimes for 2 days. The rims look sick and the handling of the tires are awesome so im really not lookin to get new ones, worse comes to worse ill suck it up and get a new rim and tire
