Those are nice indeed! Are those the TRD 18's? I was thinking about installing those on my ride but wasn't sure how they would look. A friend has them on her Corolla, looks alright, but on a tC....

Mr. Gibson, You do not have "Japanese Scion Racing Wheels".....nor did we tell you that the wheels you brought were "Japanese Scion Racing Wheels", the wheels you brought are from American Wheel and Tire, you are the first person we sold that model to, but they are not "rare" or hard to get.... to imply we lied to you in such a way is just wrong.

lets not even talk about wrong
sales manager of waldorf scion jason
. i mean its obvious there a problem between us, the integrity of you as a manager and the service that has been performed thus far on my car. i proved my side of the story as far as those rims (smoking gun i beleive is the word) is concerned and other things is concerned ...I mean i could go on and degrade you so lets leave it at that

lets talk about right from now on . by the way i was joking with the other individual who i was talking with on another topic about the name of the rims and how i got them so lets not be so serious. any way he said they were corolla rims. which i know 18 inches wont even fit a corolla so i was having a little fun with him which i was gonna post later but you ruin the entire high so i hope you feel better about yourself.

last time i checked this is supposed to be a place were ownerz a like can get together and joke and talk about their car but i see i cant have any fun huh????You really should be focusing on your customer service skills and service dept there in waldorf instead of budding in someone else conversation. its seems you followed me to the forums along with brought the same sorry ___ sentiment along too. thats too bad because people keep asking which dealer in southern maryland did i buy from but as of know i guess ill say bayside scion or something. as a salesman the number one sale of a vehicle is the word of mouth so why do you continue bash me every chance you get. i sent three people so far to scion of rockville to buy their tc and one to bayside scion and just think you could of have had all four customers. so now ask yourself why

what your dealership did to my vehicle as far as im concerned was unacceptable and wrong and no car owner should ever have to deal shady managemnt tactics, schemes, and practices but im over that mess because its resolved now okay. so let it go

ONE LAST THING
dont you ever use my name or likeness of my first or last name on any post on this site its completely and utterly rude especially if you didnt ask me first. so i returned the favor

I guess you didnt recall our phone spat/convo where you said " WE PUT ALOT OF THOSE WHEELS ON AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM" NOW YOUR STORY IS I'M THE 1ST ONE YOU SOLD THEM TO!!!!!. AGAiN WHO IS BEING SHADY????

you seemed to have a habit of rushing to judgement or jumping the gun for a lack of a better word without even waiting for all the cards to even fall.

as a manager period you must learn patience when dealing with anyone and stop thinking everyone is out to you or your dealership is wrong.( I KNOW YOU WERE TRYING TO C.Y.A BUT YOU GOT BUSTED).wrong is wrong is wrong okay . if you read my feedback i left for your dealership you would know that i stated clearly what happened the day it happened and was completely fair about the matter considering the circumstances. what was even sadder was sending the service manager glen to deliver the news about not replacing the wheels at that time when you as a manger and sales guy should have told me face to faceyou may have not got he same reaction if you told me what your feelings were on the matter. thats a poor method and most customer will tell you its creates a cloud mistrust when a sale manager you dealt with and arranged a financing agreement with can even talk to you face to face about a simple problem which was so obvious who fault it was.

like i said before it's sad you brought the same sentiment from the dealership here to the forums. mistakingly or not its just plain sad you know.

PS: sorry glen for yelling and cursing but at you but i hope can understand the frustation jason put me through so feel fre to chew him out.

GLEN SERVICE MANAGER AT WALDORF MADE THE RIGHT CALL THE FIRST TIME!!!
