i want something that handles, if it can't handle then it simply won't do. i like taking fast turns to a degree and I am gonna work on the suspension to help with the body roll. just need a tire that can keep up with the car in that situation. also i wanna say thanks for the input guys, its nice to see that even though this topic has probably has been posted for the 20th time that still many are willing to offer advice. that is awesome. thanks again, let alone for having an awesome forum site.

if you want good treadwear though - may i suggest either the Nexen N5000 (crappy performance but great treadwear) or the Hankook Ventus V4 Es H105 (good performance and treadwear)
fz4? NOOOOO!!!!! DONT DO IT!! bad tire, definitely bad!

the proxes4, yes, awesome tire!

got the yoko S Drives on Friday in the 225/45zr17 for about $580 including warranties and all that fun stuff. love the tire. road noise isn't too bad and the tire is really awesome at handling. can't even get the tires to spin goin into second anymore. nothing more than a slight chirp. awesome tire. now just to see how it handles in rain if we could get any here.

go to http://www.tires-easy.com/ very cheap tires if your are looking for cheap tires. cheap ___ kumhos for 66 bucks haha

if you want expensive ones get michlen's. Michlen's make very very good tires, you can ask majority of your local auto services and i bet most will say Michlen's. they are high quality tires, i have set of my own Michlen summer tires (tread lasts extremely long), the traction and acceleration is so AWESOME. when it comes to slight floods these tires cut straight through without losing a slight control of the wheel, steers by it self if you know what i mean. iv'e been through 3 sets of tires on my tc and these michlens are far the best. still got them now on my tc and you know what? these tires are first wear out evenly on my tc. ive been through like i said again, 3 sets of tires, 2 sets of rims; stock rim on michlens rock.

I am looking at this:
BFGoodrich - g-Force™ Super Sport A/S
$128.99
Tire Size: 215/45ZR17/XL 91W
Item #: 245579
Manufacturer's Warranty: Standard

I need something with less noise. I think the stocked Potenzas are NOISY!!!!
