need wheel/tire help
i think i have pretty much decided on my wheel/tire combo along with my springs. details as follows....
18 inch axis reverb gold spokes.
nitto neo gen tires
tein s techs
i am not getting into the motor much on this car. this car is (to me) going to be all for looks with some sound and very little power to back it up..... atleast for this show season.
do i really have to worry about gettin 18 x 8.5 or will the 7.5 be okay for what i wanting? also, what do i get, 5x100 or 5x114?
also, what size tires should i try to go with? 40 series i assume? 215/40-18????
thanks for all the help

7.5 with a 215.............
our lug pattern is 5x100 with a offset range of 35mm and up....
if your going for looks, 7.5 is fine.......you probably dont need that wide of a contact patch.
but you could go 225/40 18 which is what alot of people who have 18's run.....
good choice for tires....
good luck

good choice of rims, I think they will look awesome on the SW, also yeah as what the other guys were saying about Yokohama are really a sweet tire with a nice ride. You feel as if your sticking to the road...well thats what I felt anyways, lol. Also I have 215/35/40's on my car and on the tC we are running 225/40/18 which is a better ride and protects the wheel more.
