Well, the one piece is like all cast in the same molding. The two piece consists of the inner spokes part plus the whole outer lip part of the rim. Basically, the two piece gives you a bigger shinier lip and the little pattern that lines the lip is actually molded rather than just being imprinted in. Look at some pics for reference.
