Default Opinions on Wheels (Sportmax, 5zigen, R1 Racing GTR-10, ICW Racing)

Sup guys.
I just wanted to hear some opinions about these 2 specific brand rims.
Just a interest and not sure yet.

First off is the Sportmax 962 size 18x7.5 +37 color silver

Second, 5zigen 5zr (non-hyper and discontinued) size 18x7.5 +35 - pic is somewhat similar

I've updated the post w/ some more wheels.
The last two, R1 and ICW, are just companies, that I believe, replicate major brand wheels and wanted your opinions on them.

R1 Racing GTR-10 (Replica of Volks)

The ICW's are in general so any opinions on them.

I know some of you guys might say that replicas are poor quality, heavy, etc etc. and I am aware of those thoughts as well. Just wanted opinions on the looks.

5Zigen's products are developed using real racing experience at the highest levels of professional motorsports in Japan. Sportmax is a marketing brand which sells wheels made by god-knows-who from god-knows-where.

5zigen is a real wheel company. Sportsmax is another knockoff.

No offense to anyone but you shouldn't worry too much about weather a wheel company is "real" or not. Think more about what looks better on your car. I personally would pick the Sportmax wheels. That's just my opinion though.

hmm..well there are a lot of different meanings for "real" when it comes to rims because of the quality. Knock-offs tend to be..i should say..weaker? and not able to hold itself for a long period of time, such as dents, etc.
Of course a lot of non-real ones look sick, but also should consider looks + quality

5zigens, but I like their FN01R-Cs better than the ones you want to get.

I think the idea is to keep people like the OP informed so that they at least understand what type of purchase they are making. Otherwise I totally agree with you..except the sportsmax (which is actually XXR are now BTW) comment..I personally wouldn't rock em.

+1 for the 5zigens..not a fan of them on the tC personally but I like the wheel design

Perhaps using the word "real" was a bit too vague. By real, I mean quality. Rims that you don't have to worry about denting easily, rims that would not be a downgrade in quality from your stock rims.

I personally don't care if one rim copies the look of another rim...as long as it's quality. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery after all.

I like the XXR 962's. I've been thinking of getting the gunmetal 17" x 9"
