thank you. i will say though, that those wheels are too "bling bling" for my taste. i personally like to see sporty wheels on sporty cars. bling bling wheels are for those trying to feel better about having to drive a family car/suv.

BTW: Not my tC...some guys tc I used to work with. yeah that's what i was thinking...but does the multi-piece have thinner spokes? from the pics i've seen, it seems that the multi-piece has slightly thinner spokes than the 1-piece. I really don't want thinner spokes if that's the case, because i like the thickness of these...but the deep dish is damn sexy too.

it looks like a multi-piece wheel.

the way you tell is the rivets, that indicates that it is more than a single piece wheel, because the lip is basically the barrel, and hte spokes are screwed in..

also, RH doesnt usually put rivets unless they are there for a reason, unlike many other knock off companies, so i would have to say they are multi-piece

Hello everyone. I'm new to the group. Just got a 2007 tC back in August.

For more pictures and my list of gripes with this car:

2007 Scion tC Pictures and Gripes

One issue i'm having is that the 19" rims are rubbing (still) with the lowering springs,
so I'm thinking of putting the stock springs in the back only.
I'm not real keen on cutting out any (more) of the wheel well -- we've already done some of that.

Also, and this is the big one, how can I re-calibrate the speedometer and odometer.

I got a ticket recently for doing 71 in a 60 and I swear I had the cruise control set to 65.
I suspect the bigger wheels have offset my speed by the 6 miles per hour. I've googled, but can't find anything.

Also, I did try a timing test using the mile-markers,
and I went from one marker to another with my speedometer set to 60 MPH and cruise control on,
but I finished in one minute?! How can that be (given the above ticket)?

Daevid.

I've been waiting over a year to post in this thread.

It's taken by my camera phone so bear with me on the quality.
