Just curious, I ran over a pot hole and got another flat. (exact same thing happened same time last year only different town.) Has anyone ever tried to squeeze money out of the township from ruining their tires on their crap roads?

 

It wasn't my car...but i was driving in my moms E450 and i bent the rim and got a flat and i got the township to pay for it....guess i was lucky....they paid us back for the towing that we had to pay for too.....

 

how much nagging did you have to do? and exactly what did you do? I don't really know the process

 

Ummmm i was ____ed and i called the township and complained to someone.....i got a call from NJ Dept of Transportation and I told them what happened and they told me to send them pics of the damage.....i did.....BTW my mom was FFFFFFURRRRRRRIIIIOOOOUS....A couple hours later i got a call on my cell phone and some head of something and told me that they will take care of all expenses and they aploygized and what not....and they said if they can do anything else to help out and i said yes fix the hole and pay my towing fee....and he said done....sure enough i saw them two days later fixing the hole and i got a check in the mail in 2 weeks......

If you ever see a tc with holes in the rear bumper that look like bullet holes.. thats me and an opeth decal on my hatch glass.

Well......my tc is modded like crazy...i mean i have a **** load of accessories and what not....but i dont remember dates but i recall a dark tc with holes on 35 but i thought it was Indigo or w/e.....it was dark thats all i know....you were far ahead of me
