Default Question: Enkei RS6

Guys, I am planning to replace my stock 17" with these 17" from Enkei:

http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/fin...2503&tc=ENKRS6

A few questions:
1. Will it fit? I think it would
2. The 38mm offset is negative or positive (or zero)? What would be the affect?

1. It will surely hit
2. 38mm offset will be OK, its going to look pretty flush with the fender, and shouldnt rub too bad if at all.

Is that a negative or positive offset though? I am assuming it's positive because it's flush with the fender. Also probably be getting the TRD drop before getting this.

you'll be ok with the TRD drop too, but i wouldn't go any lower than that

You'll be ok. I have a +35 offset with my TRD drop and it's fine, no rubbing.
That's even with 18s. With 17s, you should more than likely be alright.

How about this one for the stock tires 215/45/17 on TRD drop?

http://www.edgeracing.com/2007/Scion/tC/wheel/1326/

Offset 35mm seem like it would be very flush. This guy:

https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...=5zigen+fn01rc

runs on Tein S-techs with 225/45/17 and he does rub. Looking at that thread, seems like 215 tires would be okay.

The TRD drop is only 1.25" all around where as the guy in the link you posted has Tein S-Tech drop. (F:2.4", R:2.0")
You should be alright with a 225/45 tire on a TRD drop.
