yes. if you're running stock wheels, i wouldn't recommend running tuner lugs though since they are made for aftermarket wheels...

I have tuners on my wheels right now (Tenzo R DC5's) so will they still fit those wheels?

But yes, Rays lug nuts will fit your tenzos. Just be sure to get 1.5 and not 1.25
