when i was installing them i contemplated doing it ahead of time, but i decided to let them be, and im glad i left them alone cuz im more then happy with my drop!
just dont cut any lower then the sway bar bracket and you should be golden!

lol..cool if i can get them to go about a 1/2 lower than I just might keep my 17's and get some smaller tires. I was worried about wheel gap, but if it goes about 1/2 in lower than that should be money! Thanks chico...! hey what did aen use to cut it?

if you dont have access to a cutting jig (something that will cut straight while the piece being cut is being held securely) i think a dremel would be best, just outline the cut and work your way around, finally use a sanding bit to smooth it out

if i remember correctly, i tried doing that... but i found out it wouldn't work. its because the bottom most cylinder, the one you can adjust at the bottom, screws where the yellow boxes are. So if u tried to cut them, then u cant screw the bottom part.
