Shinjitai ur gonna needawet sand a lot, if I were u I would get it profesionally done to save the paint, in the full car pics it doesn't look like the xb teal. Nice job though!

did you see if theres any locations by you?

lucky for me, i have one right by my house, i got my hood, fenders, and bumpers there when i did my front end conversion on my civic.

I have one 30 min from me. I'm picking my fenders up Monday I'll probably spring for a hood and bumper too

qualitys not bad for the price.
the metal objects are great, but get them painted as soon as you can, even though it says theyre primered they will still rust.
and the bumpers are alright, you get what you pay for

like i said fenders and hoods are pretty damn good, bumpers are meh, you can prob get it pretty decent with a little tweaking, i just never bothered because my civic was a beater

I figured wetsanding was involved but I'm used to that haha. I guess the color depends on the light also because its dark blue in some of my pics like this:

and I was looking through the custom paint thread and most paint jobs (including door jams) are running around 2k-3k for a decent job and 5-8k for an awesome job

the fact that I only paid $250 total for paint and did everything myself, I'm already pretty happy. It feels great knowing you were able to do something yourself and I'm pretty sure you know that feeling.

How long did it take you and how did you avoid dirt and bugs did you make a "tent" of some sort?
