215/40/18 isn't even a huge amount of stretch.
I either get a "hell no we can't" or a "it's a possibility."
I called another local shop and the guy seemed to know what he was talking about so I'll probably bring it to them and see if I have any luck.
I almost got a hookup with mounting/balancing for $45 plus tax for all four, but my buddy said he doesn't know if the machine they have will be able to bead it.

Lol....I got the same reaction when I was trying to get 205 not only that a couple tire places like discount, just tires etc...looked at me crazy when I asked if they can stretch the tire. Lol. so I bounced to and just whent some where who knos wut I'm talkin about

Stretching tires is a pain in the ___ though, I don't really think it's an "oh they're just lazy" factor.
