Everyone has the DPTs and the Grids... I have the P1s, Work XD9 knockoff. I like mine cause I've only ever seen one other tC rocking em, but my offset is weaksauce.

I did however order some 215/40/18's Nankangs for my front wheels today, the 225 up there just aint cuttin it with all the rubbing. I'm pretty psyched that I'll get to lower the front back to how it was. How is a 215 on an 8" wheel? I'm scared the places that mount around here will eff up the rim.

 

215 on an 8 should be fine. I have those on a 9

If your fake wheels are agressive and look good, cool.
If you're on S-techs and they're 7" wide...no.

im on B&Gs with an 8" wide wheel but my offset is +48

tell me about it. i jus drove all the way to socal yesterday. CEL came on after i hit a big dip and i think i blew a shock on the 10 freeway. its clunking again. i think my cv boot is torn too. im supposed to be going home today. i dont think thas happening yet.

 

im pretty sure all 4 of my shocks are blown, i wouldn't drive with a torn CV boot, wrap it with a plastic bag, zipties and hope it holds haha.

 

i drove with both of my inner ones torn forever.
as long as its not torn off completely youll be fine.
im not saying its a good idea to leave it but you can drive home from wherever you are.
