I know I'm probably in the wrong thread for this but since lugs where mentioned, do stock lugs fit Miro 279's? Where kind I find some like those red ones?

With after market rims you more then likely won't be able to use the stock lug nuts, look on eBay or any place that sales wheel, wheel accessories around your area

hey guys just giving an "oral" teaser LOL. Purchased a set of Rota Grids from WheelDude.com on Saturday. Only finish they had was the new color they just got in and that was Full Royal Metallic finish in 18x9.5 et38( Will be getting them painted gloss black after they arrive). Purchased a set of RaceLand Coilovers, 10mm Spacers w/extended wheel studs for the rears. Set of "Blox" Anodized Black Extended Open-Ended Lug Nuts, and stretching a set of 215/40/18 Nankang NS-II. Everything will be here Friday except for the tires on Monday : ( Will post pics when parts arrive and will give further updates on installs and test fitments. What kind of camber should be added for the rears to be flush w/o hitting the lip LOL...Im thinking about -1.5 with the spacers added making the rears et28.

i bought the same wheels but in chromatic black gold was sold out. Just trying to decide on tires do i want the super stretch look or just regular im going back on boost soon soo i think a super stretch would be a bad idea.
But ur car looks nice red lug nuts make them stand out more.

And we're all getting trolled by idiots in the comments on FB. Even the article is a downplay (no disrespect to Jona). Every time a Scion is featured anywhere the article always starts out with, "We don’t feature too many Scion TC’s...There are only a handful out there that are really doing it right..." as if we don't get the point. The company was born in the height of F&F so what do you expect? All that is on a decline, but they act like other makes never did it.

^ I saw that. There is a good deal of dislike towards us and I still don't understand why. THere are plenty of tC's and xB's out there done very very well. Comments like the guys on FB are making in fact make me want to keep my tC and continue to make it nicer than the majority of 'modded' cars in my area.

But either way... CONGRATS JONA!

I definitely understand all the hate, and although I haven't read the comments, I'm sure I agree with them.

I'm glad Jona is putting in work, and aiming to give the tC a better image.

I haven't had a problem keeping my boost under control with the 225/40's. But if you're still uneasy, go with a 235. I'm personally take it a little easier than I used to on the sharp turns with the stock wheels/tires, but in a straight line... no issues at all.
