i once had a worse bend (wouldnt hold air) on the inside of a Racing Hart Type C wheel. a wheel repair shop just hammered it back using a lead hammer. balanced perfectly fine afterwards. lowriders and classic car guys use lead hammers to remove wheels without damaging them.
since you're in socal you can hit up the same shop I went to. they're in Pomona. they guy charged me $20 and hammered it out in 5 minutes. felt like a fool because I couldve bought a hammer with that money and did it myself, but at the time I didnt know what a lead hammer was.
