Default Rumble strips and tire damage?

Was seeing these rumble strips in the center line the other day, they looked pretty deep. Can they cause any damage to a tire if you go to pass someone and go over them? Just thinking while I was driving.

I wouldn't think so unless you stayed on them for an extended period of time.

Unless you have unbelievably crappy wheels and uberthin sidewalls, I wouldn't worry about it.
