Scraped rim :(
So today while trying to parallel park, i scraped my rim on the curb. Im using the stock 17 inch rims that came on the car. the damage isnt that bad, it was a minor scrape, but u can notice it. Is there anything out there that can either get rid of the scrape, or try and mask it some how? Also something cheap?

Thats why I put those blind spot mirror on my side mirror so I can see the curb when I parallel park. If its minor scratch, just sand it down and then paint the whole wheel gun metal color man. Home depot special. If it is deep scratch then I would put fill material first.

scraped my rear passenger wheel twice yesterday..kinda sucks but oh well im planning on painting it black anyways
to repair it you can sand the area down a little to get it a little leveled then use some epoxy patch or like bondo or something to fill it in sand smooth then paint if you can find a close match to the wheel you can get away with just doing that spot should be less that $20..cheap fix =)

If you scrape your rims the best option you have is to contact your local Scion champion. If you don't have one as cool as me, then I feel for you ^___^, but you should be able to get in touch with either a GM or a Parts Manager that could get you the same results.
Every dealer uses vendors that fix minor damage on cars. From scrapes on bumbers and rims, to no paint door ding repair. Just find out if you can set up an appointment with the vendor, or talk to them and they will work with you. Especially if you show up when they are at the dealer fixing all the other cars, just flash some cash and ask if they can fix yours too, or have it worked out before yall meet.
Another option, if you have the stock alloys, is to talk to the parts or scion man about getting a cheap replacement. When tC's come in with the 18's, the 17's are in the back of the car. If the parts manager has half a brain, he's got 2 sets at all time in the wharehouse. Offer him something cheap to see if he bights. In theory tho, the wheels belong to the sales dept, not the parts dept, so attacking this from the sales angle should net you the best price, if not free.

^^^ thats an awesome idea. However, you cant even tell they were scraped. When it happened, it was getting dark, so it was kinda hard to see. I asked my friend to look for the damage, and he had difficulty. thanks for all the suggestions people!
