I am buying a silver 05 tC, it was lowered and has stock rims on it, anyone wanna give me some ideas on what color to paint the rims I tried looking through here but I didn't really find any silver tC's

 

What up im new to scionlife but have always loved my scion tc! does anybody have pics of your stock rims painted with duplicolor black crome paint??? would love to see cause i just bought the kit and want to see how it looks. About to but HKS hi power exhaust once this months paycheck comes in

I'm completely new to this site but i went through majority of the pages here and didn't see any Silver Tc's. I bought mine a year ago and it already came with the stocks painted black. I kind of want to do something a little different, plus the paint is wearing off. Anyone else has a Silver Tc or any suggestions? thanks

 

I have a silver tc. I have had orange, red, next is gonna be pink.


Orange looks good on the silver.


I will tell you. There are plenty of pages with silver tcs. Just have to be willing to go thru them.

Yeah, I got bored with no internet at work today so I popped open Photoshop and just started messing around with a picture of the stock rim.

 

straight i prob will on the weekend due to the cureing time where you arent able to drive 24 hours after you paint, gotta finish work for this week first but yea im very exicited to start this new project for my white scion tc. After the HKS exhaust im thinking TRD or Tien H lowering springs.

really? ight cool well im still prob gonna wait till the weekend cause im working all this week and dont have much time. do you think 1 can of paint and clearcoat will be enough?

 

I had to use 2 cans of paint and 1 can of clear. Drove mine after a hour or so.

 

cool what color did u do

 

i used 3-4 cans of paint and 2 of clear. i also OD'd with paint lol. so 2 should be fine
