Rubbing with 225s? That is one hella drop!

I'm running 245's and dont rub at all, but I'm not dropped that much.
18x8 ET45
If I they were offset 35 I guess I'd rub too.

yeah i think i rub cause the car rebounds too much...other wise most of the time its not bad, just the dips and bumps is when i rub in the front. Scares the isht out of my g/f....thinking coilovers again...wanting HKS hipermax...

camber in the back was already there...toyota techs did the alignment 3months ago, so im guessing its at TRD drop alignment specs.

great this morning my tpms goes off...but the pressures are all good in all 4 tires.....fawk

hey weelo i was reading some posts of yours earlier on camber...so during a alignment, can they adjust the camber up to-3 degrees w/o a camber kit??? Im thinking maybe a little more negative front camber i may not rub anymore...

without camber bolts there is very little they can do with camber, for the most part they just fix toe in, toe out problems that come from lowering your car, i have seen guys modify their stock struts to get some neg camber by drilling one of the two holes out to along for movement, but this s unsafe i think to a car that might be driving had from time to time, so the best thing to do is buy some camber bolts, or if your thinking about coilovers, the hks ones you want have the upper mounts that will allow you to adjust your camber any which way you want, im going to have to do the same cause i know the wheels i want will def rub on bumps, all i have is stock struts and stech springs

wtf!! just get my wheels and i get a 3 inch nail in my right front tire...ugh....tire was patched, but its next to the side wall area...gawd now i gotta buy 2 more tires.... (tire guy told me to get 2 tires to be even....) bought 2 more Eagle GT from tire rack for 300 bucks.....NY streets suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

however, i want to commend Goodyear on the Eagle GT rim protector design...protected my rim when the tire was dead flat ( and i prolly rolled at least 15 miles on em too)...wow

Are you just rubbing the fender liner? If you just keep driving around, the tire will just rub away the part that it's rubbing on so the rubbing will stop eventually. Just have to deal with it until then. Or you can just take the liner out and be done with it. That's what I did when I dumped my car on coils so that I could tuck all round

yeah i know they are forged, but that pothole was so big and deep that i dont think any wheel woulda survived at highway speeds...it was so hard to avoid since traffic was rolling over it so fast....it sounded like someone hit me litereally...i never heard my car sound like that ever.......
