A-tech wheels?

MB Weapons at Discount Tire Direct
Pretty much all A-tech wheels are sold in the US under the brand MB wheels. The MB Weapon is the A-tech Finalspeed Eraser, the wheel you asked for. For a tC you want 5x100 bolt pattern with as close to 45mm offset as possible. You should also contact Discount Tire Direct to ensure that the wheel you buy fits the tC, in case they have in fact been discontinued.

Well, there are better people on the site to explain it, but the basic idea is to get as close to the stock offset as possible to prevent excess wear on your wheel bearings. If I recall, +45 is the stock offset, so staying close to +45 is a good idea. Going with slightly lower or higher offsets is no problem, but too low will rub. It doesn't have to be exactly +45mm, but don't go lower than +30mm for certain.
It should also be noted that you need a 54.1mm center bore on the wheel(the hole where the center cap goes), otherwise it won't fit. Too small and it's just not gonna work. Too big and you can make it work if you get a hub centric adapter. This is where the problem of "They don't make them for my car anymore" comes up. Yes, many websites still sell MB Weapons/A-tech Erasers, but they might not sell them with all the numbers we need to fit them on a tC. This is why I suggested he contact discount tire, and see if they still had any with the specs for a tC.
