after i've seen the bronze.. davedavetc... i think im going with that =D but im wondering what paint could he have used..

what inside? if your asking the inner part, no

i only sprayed where its most visible, but im pretty sure all the front surface is 100% covered.

im talking about the inside of the rim, would look weird with the outside bronze, and the inner silver, i woulda sprayed the whole rim

i think the pics are preety self explanitory,

soapy water spray bottle from what i can teel to clean the rim, masking tape, and the spray he chose to use and vwala

Step 1. Clean them really well.
Step 2. Sand all surfaces that are to be painted.
Step 3. Ummm....paint.
Step 4. Clearcoat if you desire. You don't have to, but it's recommended.

I'd go with something a little less abraisive. 1000 maybe. Of course, if you're gettin' rid of all the original paint/clearcoat then yeah, start with a more agressive paper and then smoothe it out with a finer grit.

As for paint, you want something that'll hold up. DupliColor makes paint specifically for wheels:

what i did was

clean it good
sand
primer
paint
+ paint
