Netiquette deems CAPS AS YELLING.
Please don't do it unless it's for stressing a point.
I have to wonder about folks that join a new forum and come in guns blazing.
Sit back, lurk, and learn the culture before flaming and antagonizing people.
We all win in the end.

The guy didn't exactly YELL at you over it, he simply asked why you were doing it.
I tried to point it out politely.
Now, I'm going to get on your case... all lower-case is as (to me) annoying as all caps. Are you that lazy that you can't type in proper case?
When one spends a lot fo time reading online, it gets really tiring when folks don't attempt to write in a coherent fashion.

I thought this was an infromal chat forum, and not shcool. I am not lazy , as you said ,but did not think that typing with either or was a big deal, I usually don't look at how people type or puntuate ,I just read what they wrote , not how they wrote it.

I normally don't START with the punctuation/spelling/grammar stuff, but if it comes up, I chime in.
It doesn't help you get into good habits - I assume that most of you will want a job someday?
It's not school, but is it really THAT much extra effort?

now back to the busines at hand. If these tire monitors are not working properly,is ther going to be a problem with passing inspections? because if the government is making them put them on the states are gonna make us maintain them and here in N.Y. these kind of rules are usually implemented quickly,we have some pretty strict inspection staions they don't cut you many breaks anymore, they risk too many fines.

If they're not working properly, take it to the dealer to get it fixed - it's under warranty.
Can't tell you about inspections - don't know how they'd prove that does or does not work.

(Another thing from the second post in that topic that surprised me is the requirement for the DEALER to change the information on the placard on the driver's door frame if they install tires that require a different pressure, OR if they install any accessories/options that exceed one half of one percent of the vehicle's GVWR. I don't know the load capacity of a tC, but even if I assume it can carry a half ton, if the dealer adds less than 20 pounds of stuff to the car, they have to change the info on the placard per federal regulations...)
