Bump, Anyone here that put aftermarket wheels and have the ABS light pop up? I never transfered my TPMS to my aftermarket wheels so I know the tire pressure light is on but thats not my problem. My ABS light popped up as well but my brakes are fine. So I don't know if anyone else had this problem.

With no TPS sensors your light will be on all the time - which I found really annoying. Not to mention you'll have no working warning light. I finally got rid of my cheap aluminum aftermarket wheels cuz I was CONSTANTLY having a tire pressure issues. I've become an expert in tire pressure, Lol. Alum wheels dent too easily, I've had to have them repaired three times after hitting minor pot holes. Now I drive care free (albeit, slightly less stylish) on my stock wheels.

No, wheels have nothing to do with abs. It's most likely caused by a bad wheel speed sensor or related wiring.

Yeah probably, I was wondering if anybody got the same problem. I don't know if its cause we maybe moved the brake lines too much when installing coilovers but we put it on correctly and the brakes work fine. The tire pressure light doesn't bother me, its just the ABS lol.

Yesterday my TPS light came on, I checked all tires, got the air needed in them, reset & the light is still on. I know when the temp. changes outside it happens but its never stayed on before..oh yeah, I have 2007 tC too.

Possibly a battery in one of the individual sensors? Especially likely in very cold temps.

That's one thing most folks tend to forget: Every one of those in-tire sensors has a battery, and that battery eventually WILL die.
