What's a good tire to go with a 19 inch rim? There are so many different tires that you can't tell what's good and what's not... it's freaking rubber right... so they should all be about the same... but I guess there not... any help would be appreciated...
Probably gonna roll with 235/35/19....

That tire would stand 1" taller than your OEM tire. That's a lot. 225/35 is closer, but still a full 1/2" taller. Your pickings are extremely slim in the 19 inch size, and tire choice is actually not all that critical, as you will have virtually no compliance, and your roadholding will be considerably worse than a 17 or even an 18.
Buying a 19" rim is a purely aesthetic decision. Every factor of performance will suffer, so just aim for the cheapest tire that will rub the least.

I'm using 215/35/19 General Exclaim UHP, freaking love these tires, cheap too, think around $104 per. They also got ranked #1 with customer reviews for Ultra High Performance category on tirerack.com. Treadlife is great, it's plenty sticky enough for my needs, General Tire's website shows it's weight is a full pound or two lower than comparable tires, it's cheap, and it's also M+S (mud and snow) branded.
