Tucking larger rims
As of present i'm 18x8 tucked on tein ssp all the way down. At the end of winter I will be swapping coils for air and should get another 3-4" lower or almost on the ground. I'm also looking in to VOLK GT-Us they come in sizes from 7.5 up to 11, I would love to do 9s in the front 10s in the rear.
Heres the question, how large can I go before having to pull/roll the fenders. As well is there any way in hell of making the 11s fit?

going to need a different wheel..gtu's are discontinued..also good luck finding a wheel in that size for a tC that isn't a full custom wheel unless you decide to run adapters from 5x100 to 5x114.3 or something.
The width of the wheel isn't the only deciding factor in whether or not you are going to need to pull/roll your fenders..offset plays a huge part in it. Tire size can affect this as well.
My advice would be to check the wheel fitment thread to get a good idea of what you will need..chances are if the chart says your wheels will be flush you will probably need some fender modification. Check out the tire size/offset calculators we have stickied to.
Hope that helps some.

^ said all the right facts.
I currently have 18x10 +40 in the rear right now (w/o spacers) and it is touching the rear metal chassis so that's not good. You'll need at least an offset of +30 or lower.
